ENTTO Terms and conditions of Payment 1. ENTTO shall accept agency and individual requests to provide services in connection with tours and safaris, trekking etc in good faith. 2.After confirmation of tours, agencies or individuals making booking with ENTTO shall make payments in the following manners, as ENTTO also enters into a contract on their behalf with hotels and other services rendering agencies/ individuals in connection with the tour arrangements. a) Twenty-five percent (25%) two months prior to the commencement of the tour. b) Full and final payment must be effected fifteen days prior to the commencement of the tour. c) If complete payment has not been made at the commencement of any tour, ENTTO is not obliged to conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made before hand.   Cancellations 1.If tour booking would be cancelled four weeks before the tour departure date, ENTTO will charge 20% of the tour cost, as it has to pay cancellation fee for the reservations made on your behalf. 2.If tour bookings would be cancelled two weeks before the tour departure date, ENTTO will charge 25% of the tour cost. 3.For tour cancellations less than two weeks before the tour departure date, ENTTO will charge 35% of the tour cost.
